Former NBA Player Drew Gordon Dies in Car Crash
Former NBA player Drew Gordon died in a car crash in Portland, Oregon
Gordon, who was 32, was the older brother of Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon.
Drew Gordon was a 6'9" forward who played in the NBA for four seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers, Dallas Mavericks, and Denver Nuggets. He was drafted by the 76ers in the second round of the 2012 NBA draft.
Gordon played college basketball at UCLA and New Mexico. He was a two-time All-Pac-12 selection at UCLA and helped lead the Bruins to the NCAA Tournament in 2011. He transferred to New Mexico in 2012 and was named the Mountain West Conference Player of the Year in 2014.
Gordon is survived by his wife, Angela, and three children.
