Tim Patrick: The Broncos' Breakout Wide Receiver

Early Life and Career

Timothy Mychael Patrick, born on November 23, 1993, is an American football wide receiver for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL).

Patrick attended the University of Utah, where he played college football. He was a standout player for the Utes, setting several school records and earning All-Pac-12 honors.

NFL Career

Patrick entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2017, signing with the Broncos. He spent the early part of his career on the practice squad before making his NFL debut in 2018.

In 2019, Patrick emerged as a key contributor for the Broncos, starting 11 games and recording 51 receptions for 742 yards and six touchdowns. He continued to perform well in 2020, finishing with 53 catches for 742 yards and six touchdowns.

2022 Season and Injury

Patrick had a breakout season in 2022, establishing himself as one of the Broncos' top receivers. He started all 16 games, catching 50 passes for 734 yards and five touchdowns.

Unfortunately, Patrick suffered a torn ACL in Week 13 of the 2022 season, ending his season prematurely. He is expected to miss the entire 2023 season while recovering from the injury.
